Solution Architect, Fulfillment Integrations

Salary: $201,760 - 222,560 per year Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, integration architecture, solutions engineering, or a similar client-facing technical role. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise API integrations across internal and external systems. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, data flows, and distributed application architectures. Experience facilitating technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops with clients or external partners. Ability to read and discuss application code and technical implementations with engineering teams. Proficiency in producing technical design documents, architecture diagrams, process flows, and related solution artifacts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and external customers in complex technology environments. Experience supporting fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, eCommerce, retail technology, or marketplace platforms. Background designing integrations for high-volume, customer-facing environments. Experience creating solution diagrams with Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar tools. Must be willing and able to work on a W-2 basis, as required by the client. Responsibilities: Lead technical discovery and gather requirements with external partners and internal stakeholders. Design end-to-end integrations connecting client platforms with external retailer systems. Develop and maintain solution designs, architecture diagrams, workflow models, technical specifications, and implementation materials. Act as the primary technical representative throughout integrations, from scoping and design through implementation and launch. Work with Product Management and Engineering to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions. Provide technical direction and guidance to implementation engineering teams. Review integration designs, data flows, APIs, and system interactions for consistency with architectural standards and business objectives. Present solutions, lead design walkthroughs, and facilitate reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with testing, deployment, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization before handoff to operational support teams.
