Software QA Analyst – Data Automation (Fresh Grad– Mid Level) Project: Offshore UK / Poland Iloilo - Onsite ( Relocation package is covered subject to terms and conditions ) This role is ideal for professionals with junior to mid-level experience who want to further develop and strengthen their QA skills. We are expanding our international support operations and are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Software QA Analyst – Data Automation to join our team in the Philippines. This role focuses on testing new application functionalities, including custom features and integrations with external services. You will work on both manual and automated testing, collaborating closely with Business Analysts, developers, and international project teams to ensure software quality and reliability. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and candidates with relevant experience who are eager to develop their expertise in software quality assurance and test automation. Key Responsibilities Review requirements and documentation from the Business Analyst team to understand expected system behavior. Design, maintain, and execute test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage, including edge cases. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate application features and system integrations. Create and execute automated tests using internal tools and scripts. Verify bug fixes and conduct retesting to ensure issues are resolved without introducing new defects. Identify, document, and report defects in Jira, including reproduction steps, expected versus actual results, and supporting evidence. Analyze logs, error messages, and system behavior to investigate potential issues. Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and international teams to clarify requirements and resolve testing concerns. Provide regular progress updates and communicate potential risks, issues, and blockers. Support the stability of development and testing environments. Contribute to improving QA processes, test automation practices, and overall software quality. Qualifications Must Have: Completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education. Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Good spoken and written English communication skills, with a minimum B2 level of proficiency. Ability to interpret technical information, logs, and error messages to identify and report defects. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results. Good communication and collaboration skills when working with local and international teams. Willingness to learn and use test case management and defect tracking tools, such as Jira and TestRail. Willingness to work onsite in Iloilo City and follow a schedule that overlaps with UK business hours. Good to Have: Basic knowledge of software testing concepts, QA methodologies, tools, or processes. Familiarity with SQL, XML, or scripting languages, preferably Python. Exposure to test automation, regression testing, or integration testing. Familiarity with bug tracking systems or test management tools. Relevant academic projects, internships, or professional experience in software testing or quality assurance. SAP MM Consultant - (Mid - Senior Level) BGC, Taguig Metro Manila - Hybrid: 2x a week RTO Subject to change The SAP MM Inventory Management Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and Warehouse Management (WM) solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. The role requires strong expertise in inventory and warehouse management processes, experience in end-to-end implementations, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional SAP and non-SAP teams, business stakeholders, and client IT contacts to deliver scalable solutions, optimize inventory processes, and ensure successful project implementation. Roles and Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management, providing functional guidance and support to project teams. Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including greenfield and brownfield implementations. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs, system configurations, and effective SAP solutions. Design, configure, and optimize SAP IM and WM processes to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational performance. Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP teams to support system integration, resolve complex issues, and contribute to key project decisions. Coordinate with client IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, deliverables, and project milestones. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes, system performance, and solution quality. Provide functional expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex inventory and warehouse management issues. Professional and Technical Skills Required Skills: Expert-level proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM). Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, covering both greenfield and brownfield environments. Minimum of two full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation cycles. At least 5 years of relevant SAP implementation experience. Strong understanding of inventory management processes and their integration with other SAP modules and enterprise systems. Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective functional solutions. Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and process optimization. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Additional Requirements Experience with SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) is an advantage. Exposure to Camunda or other business process automation applications is a plus. Knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is required as part of the overall skill set.
