Lead design and development of enterprise applications in the banking industry using Java and ReactJS.
About the role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications within the Banking industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and DevOps, combined with proven experience leading development teams and driving technical delivery from design through production deployment. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, and best practices Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and enterprise applications Develop and enhance responsive user interfaces using ReactJS Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions Drive DevOps best practices, CI/CD adoption, deployment automation, and release management Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor junior developers Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support production environments when required Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability Communicate project status, technical risks, and recommendations to stakeholders About you Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 9+ years of overall software development experience Proven experience leading development teams or serving in a Technical Lead capacity Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Spring Boot Experience developing RESTful APIs and enterprise applications Good experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment Proven experience leading technical teams and driving project delivery Strong understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and development best practices Banking industry experience is mandatory
