Software Implementation Specialist (Logistics software/TMS)

Work Arrangement: WFH Shift: 3PM - 12AM PHT The Implementations Specialist helps the customers to configure and learn the Transport Management System (TMS). They work closely with Project Managers, Solutions Architech, Integration Architech, to find solutions for our customers. Tasks can include but are not limited to: Perform tasks in the client's TMS that includes: Configuration Groups setup Code Tables setup Contracts & Rate Cards setup (including OMNI Scripting) Document Mapping with DocMosis and Jasper Reports Dynamic Rulesets (Infios Business Rule Manager) TMS Installation Creation of Training Material e.g. using iorad - the tutorial builder, and MS Office tools Perform On the Job Training in form of Sprints (Demo & Training) Troubleshoot Issues & Recreate Issues on the Test Servers Creates Project Documentationfor customers. Participate in Project Meetings like (Kick-Off, Project Frame, Lessons Learned) Open minded outgoing personality who takes action. Taking ownership of the ticket/case Cover phones for customers calling (Note this can be added if the job is a TMS Support) Requirements and Qualifications: 3-6 years of Infios TMS software – PREFERRED but not required. Experience with TMS is a bonus Strong logistics/supply chain background Proficient in Excel, and Office 365 (Outlook/OneDrive) Experience working directly with external customers to develop solutions Experience working with solution/technical architects to design business process for customers Triage advanced and multi-functional customer support cases to backend teams (DBA, Engineering, etc.) - i.e. ability to work with multiple teams/functional units Defect investigation and resolution Update and monitor customer support tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, and AzureDevOps Knowledge of TMS software and/or logistics industry experience* Job Offer: PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME 21 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) Annually + 1 Additional PTO per successful year of tenure (up to five (5) years) HMO coverage for employee +1 FREE dependent on the first day of employment +1 additional FREE dependent per successful year of tenure (up to five (5) years) Tenure Incentive Program* Referral Bonus of up to Php20,000.00* ALL government mandated benefits * Terms and conditions apply
