Software Engineer

Salary: $106000 - 152000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related technical discipline. We need 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building full-stack web applications with C#, .NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Blazor. We require practical experience integrating software with external APIs and SaaS platforms, including commercial AI services and other cloud-based applications. We need experience designing and working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. We require familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS, along with sound deployment practices. We need someone who is collaborative, execution-focused, and comfortable partnering with senior engineers and architects. We prefer understanding of modern AI application patterns such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI-assisted automation. We value a strong learning mindset and interest in growing with our AI strategy as it evolves. Preferred experience includes using AI APIs or integrating commercial AI services into applications. Preferred experience includes AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, or retrieval-augmented generation patterns. Preferred experience includes vector or graph databases such as Neo4j, Pinecone, or ChromaDB. Preferred experience includes secure cloud or government cloud deployment environments. A plus is experience applying AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow in enterprise applications. Responsibilities: We design, develop, and maintain APIs and enterprise applications using modern technologies such as C#, .NET Core, React, and Blazor. We support the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. We integrate AI capabilities into business systems using commercial AI services and internal applications. We collaborate closely with senior engineers and architects to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. We design and implement integrations between internal systems, SaaS platforms, and third-party services using RESTful APIs and event-driven approaches. We build and support scalable data ingestion and ETL pipelines for enterprise applications, analytics, and future AI or modeling initiatives. We use Python to automate data processing, consume APIs, and embed AI capabilities into applications. We work within a multi-cloud environment, applying DevSecOps practices and Infrastructure as Code to build, test, and deploy securely and efficiently. We partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and turn operational needs into technical solutions. We ensure our applications and AI integrations follow security, compliance, and responsible data usage practices.
