Preferred candidates may have experience with CMMC Level 2/3, NIST 1000-171 or ITAR-controlled environments. Preferred qualifications include custom connector development and REST or OData API integration experience. We will design Dataverse data structures, security roles, and business logic aligned with federal governance and role-based access control requirements. We will build and support complex Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, including multi-step approvals, API integrations, and resilient error handling. We will develop and tune Power BI semantic models using star schema design, DAX measures, and Row-Level Security to deliver reliable reporting to federal stakeholders. We will own integration design between Power Platform and external systems through custom connectors, REST APIs, and Azure services. We will embed FedRAMP High, ITAR, DFARS, and CMMC compliance practices throughout the development lifecycle. We will apply NIST 800-53 security controls in solution design, including data classification, audit logging, and least-privilege access patterns. We will configure and maintain DLP policies, managed environments, and tenant-level governance controls in GCC High. We will lead security reviews of Power Platform solutions before authorization and production deployment. We will serve as Delivery Lead for a cross-functional development team. We will define and enforce development standards, definition of done criteria, documentation practices, and code review procedures in a regulated environment.
