Software Engineer - Agentic AI, Java/Python

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements: Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience Hands-on experience developing production AI/ML solutions Familiarity with agentic workflows and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Auto-GPT Deep knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence Expertise in at least one area: large language models, natural language processing, knowledge graphs, computer vision, speech recognition, reinforcement learning, ranking and recommendation, or time series analysis Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, and statistics Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, PyG, Keras, MXNet, or Scikit-Learn Strong Python and Spark programming skills, knowledge of vector operations with NumPy and SciPy, and distributed computing tools such as multithreading, multiple GPUs, Dask, Ray, or Polars Familiarity with AWS services such as EMR and SageMaker General knowledge of the software development life cycle Solid understanding of Agile practices, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security Preferred: exposure to cloud technologies Responsibilities: Deliver AI/ML projects through the machine learning development life cycle using Agile methods; translate business needs into technical specifications, set milestones, and support timely delivery Design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot solutions, applying creative approaches to complex technical problems Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that operate in sync with relevant systems Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring software development meets design constraints Analyze and visualize large, varied datasets and develop reporting to support ongoing improvement of software applications and systems Identify hidden data patterns and issues proactively, using findings to improve coding practices and system architecture Participate in software engineering communities of practice and events focused on emerging technologies Technologies: AI AWS CI/CD Cloud Computer Vision Support Keras Machine Learning PyTorch Python Security Spark TensorFlow numpy Java More: We are collaborating with hackajob to connect professionals with J.P.
