AI Data Scientist Senior Associate

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements: We require a masters degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or a closely related discipline. We need proficiency in Python and SQL for data handling and analysis. We expect 3+ years of relevant professional experience. We look for strong quantitative research and analytics expertise using Python. We value critical thinking and creative problem-solving, with the ability to turn strategy into deliverables. We require knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts, methods, and tools. We expect experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI approaches. We need the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong partnerships. Preferred: experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field. Preferred: familiarity with AWS and Snowflake for data management and analysis. Preferred: strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new concepts quickly. Preferred: understanding of quality assurance practices and the importance of data integrity. Preferred: the ability to develop and document analytics requirements with stakeholders. Preferred: familiarity with evaluation and monitoring concepts for GenAI solutions, including test cases, human-in-the-loop feedback, and basic quality metrics. Responsibilities: We conceptualize solutions that automate and improve business processes. We design and refine prompts to strengthen AI model performance, working with subject matter experts to align them with business goals and user needs. We iterate on designs to improve functionality and user experience, and we conduct thorough testing for reliability and effectiveness. We use tools such as Snowflake, Python, and Tableau to build data pipelines and dashboards that support AI-driven insights and decision-making. We monitor AI model performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement updates to maintain quality and relevance. We partner with data owners, department managers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to support the development of data models and algorithms. We support Customer Insights applications and handle custom client analytics requests on an ad hoc basis.
