Salary: $132000 - 132000 per year Requirements: We bring 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including performance analytics. We have 5+ years of database engineering experience, or equivalent background through work, training, or education. We have at least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Vulnerability Remediation, and Service Catalog. We are proficient in ServiceNow Workspace and/or Portal development. We demonstrate strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Responsibilities: We lead complex, high-impact initiatives across the organization with a focus on ServiceNow reporting and analytics. We design, build, and maintain tooling that identifies and reports data and application issues to engineering and product teams. We review software enhancement efforts and recommend technical as well as operational improvements. We make sound decisions in complex data engineering scenarios, taking software options and compliance requirements into account. We partner closely with internal stakeholders to resolve high-risk data engineering challenges and support organizational change.
