Project information: Type of project: IT services Office location: Warszawa, plac Europejski Work model: Hybrid - 20% onsite Budget:140-180 PLN net/h - b2b (depending on seniority level) Project language: English Project length: Long-term Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and based in Poland Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate's availability) Your responsibilities Develop and implement ServiceNow configurations and customizations Analyse business needs and advise on new platform functionalities Design and develop custom solutions within ServiceNow Perform testing, validation, and code reviews to ensure quality and stability Collaborate with architects and administrators on development projects Maintain and manage ServiceNow instance, ensuring performance and security Support integrations with external systems (REST, Web Services, SSO, LDAP) Troubleshoot incidents and implement bug fixes and improvements Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Contribute to continuous improvement, risk management, and platform optimization We pay attention to candidates who have 5+ years of professional experience in IT, including 3+ years in a similar ServiceNow role Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and maintenance Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its product ecosystem Experience in custom solution development and DevOps environments Knowledge of Service Management processes Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, Web Services) Understanding of IT security standards and complex system environments Ability to analyse requirements and support technical solution design Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and English at min.
