We are looking for a product driven Digital Product Owner to lead the creation and scaling of the Lead Scoring product for Volvo Group. It’s a data‑driven product designed to help sales organizations identify, prioritize, and act on the most promising customer opportunities. Today, the product supports sales teams by ranking leads based on their likelihood to convert, using a combination of historical patterns, customer behavior, fleet signals, and market characteristics. This allows Sales Teams to focus their time on high‑value prospects, improving productivity and increasing sales conversion. Project information: Type of project: IT Services Office location: Warsaw Work model: 100% remote from Poland Budget: 120 - 140 PLN net/ h - b2b Project length: till the end of 2026 – possible to extend it Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Start date: ASAP Project scope: Define a compelling product vision for Pricing Management grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and measurable outcomes Shape a multimarket strategy that supports discount governance, margin control, and pricing transparency Lead structured discovery with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and market teams to uncover pain points, validation needs, and value opportunities Formalize OKRs and success metrics for the product; establish quantitative and qualitative value measures Build an outcome oriented roadmap aligned with strategic dependencies like Discount Management and Demand Forecasting Apply product thinking to prioritize discovery experiments, MVP scope, and incremental delivery phases based on business impact. Own the end-to-end product backlog — initial discovery, defining clear user stories and acceptance criteria, continuously prioritizing based on customer value and business outcomes, and ensuring transparency to stakeholders Own the end-to-end lifecycle: discovery → MVP → scaling → adoption → lifecycle management Define guardrails for quality, data governance, security, and user experience Continuously collect feedback to evolve the product using a test and learn approach Lead your stable team of data scientists, data engineers, analysts, architects, and MLOps engineers Strong collaboration with external partners Work closely with the Tech Lead to ensure feasibility and solution integrity Competence demands: Proven experience as a Product Owner Strong experience in Sales management (digital, analytics, data products, or pricing solutions). Familiarity with pricing, discounting, revenue management, or financial modeling is a positive plus. Strong experience with Data domain and Azure environment.
