DevOps Specialist

Project information: Type of project: IT services Office location: Kraków Work model: Hybrid, 2 days from the office Budget: 100-125 net PLN / hour Project length: Long-term Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability) Your responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Support and optimize Azure platform environments, including troubleshooting and resource management Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code tools Configure and maintain Azure resources and integrations Support environments related to: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Power Platform Power Automate Power Apps Independently handle and resolve Microsoft support tickets and incidents Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement optimal solutions Contribute to technical documentation, process improvements, and platform optimization Support the adoption of new technologies and DevOps best practices We pay attention to candidates who have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, scripting, or automation roles Strong experience with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Terraform, Azure platform administration Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform ecosystem Experience with DevOps and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Very good communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to have Familiarity with: Docker Kubernetes containerization concepts Azure Functions Logic Apps REST / SOAP APIs Ansible or other IaC tools technical design documentation data flow diagrams Relevant Microsoft or Azure certifications Experience in the financial services industry We offer Opportunity to work on modern Azure and DevOps environments International and collaborative work environment Exposure to enterprise-scale platforms and cloud technologies Hybrid work model in Kraków (6–9 days per month onsite) Real impact on automation, delivery quality, and platform evolution Multisport Card, private medical card, life insurance Recruitment process Introductory call Technical interview Final decision
