We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer Project information: Office location: Poland Work mode: Remote Office location: Wrocław / Warszawa (optional) Budget: 180- 190 PLN net/ h- B2B Project length: Long-term Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability) Project scope: Developing and maintaining applications based on Guidewire ClaimCenter Participating in the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software solutions Collaborating closely with development teams and technical stakeholders Designing and delivering scalable and high-performance applications Ensuring software quality, optimization, and long-term maintainability Working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing solutions Applying software engineering best practices, including clean code and design patterns Supporting application performance improvements and troubleshooting activities Competence demands: Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience working as Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer Strong knowledge of Gosu and SQL Experience with modern CI/CD environments and build pipelines (Git, Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Strong software engineering fundamentals: OOP, functional programming, concurrency, and design patterns Ability to design and scale high-performance applications with a focus on optimization Experience working in agile development environments Very good English skills We offer: Remote working model Full-time job agreement based on b2b Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) Multisport card (also for an accompanying person) Life insurance Recruitment process: Introductory call Technical interview Final decision
