ServiceNow Consultant

Job Details: We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow enterprise solutions and automated workflows. * POSITION: ServiceNow Consultant * WORK SETUP: Hybrid / On-site Deployment JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the architecture, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CSM modules * Design and build custom applications, automated workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Service Portal interfaces * Develop and execute REST/SOAP API integrations connecting ServiceNow with enterprise applications and third-party systems * Manage and maintain CMDB architecture, Discovery, Service Catalog, and row-level platform security * Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, produce technical specifications, and architect solution designs * Direct unit testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), platform upgrades, and defect remediation across instance environments * Provide advanced tier-3 platform support, technical governance, and user enablement for business processes QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field * Minimum 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and deployment * Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP Web Services, and Flow Designer * Deep expertise in ServiceNow core modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, CMDB) * Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) / Implementation Specialist (CIS) is highly preferred * Outstanding analytical skills, solution design capability, and stakeholder management skills BENEFITS: * Competitive Salary Package * Mandatory PH Statutory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) * 13th Month Pay * HMO / Medical Insurance Coverage * Paid Vacation & Sick Leaves * Certification Support & Continuous Technical Training HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your updated CV/Resume to [email protected] along with your answers to the screening questions below: 1.
