SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)

About the role We're seeking an experienced SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a VIM specialist, you will play a crucial part in our Information & Communication Technology consulting practice, providing expert guidance and implementation support for SAP Vendor Invoice Management solutions. This position is integral to helping our clients optimise their invoice processing workflows, enhance compliance, and reduce operational costs through effective SAP VIM deployment and management. What you'll be doing Design, implement and configure SAP Vendor Invoice Management solutions tailored to client requirements and business processes Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation Provide technical consultation and best practice recommendations to clients regarding invoice automation, three-way matching and exception handling Develop and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides and user training materials Configure workflow rules, tolerance groups and invoice parking strategies to align with client business requirements Support the integration of SAP VIM with other SAP modules including Accounts Payable, Procurement and Finance Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues identified during testing phases Deliver training sessions and workshops to client teams to ensure effective system adoption and usage Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance during and after go-live phases Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management implementation and support Strong expertise in SAP VIM module functionality, including invoice receipt, matching logic, exception handling and payment processing Proven experience with SAP configuration tools and customisation techniques relevant to invoice management processes Solid understanding of Accounts Payable, Procurement and Finance business processes and their integration with VIM Experience in leading or participating in full lifecycle SAP implementations, from design through to post-go-live support Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels Experience in providing training and change management support to end users Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards in invoice management and accounts payable Professional certification in SAP (such as SAP Certified Associate or higher) is highly desirable Experience working in consulting or professional services environments is advantageous
