ServiceNow Consultant (Mid-Level)

Job Details: We are seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Consultant to configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow modules, design workflow solutions, build API integrations, and support enterprise digital transformations. POSITION: ServiceNow Consultant (Mid-Level) WORK SETUP: Hybrid / On-site Deployment JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CSM based on business requirements Develop custom applications, automated workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Service Portal widgets Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise applications Administer and maintain the CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog to ensure data integrity and platform health Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solution designs Conduct unit testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, defect resolution, and platform upgrade validations Provide tier-2/3 technical support, platform troubleshooting, and deliver training to system administrators and end-users QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field Minimum 3 to 5 years solid experience configuring, developing, and implementing ServiceNow platform solutions Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP Web Services, and Flow Designer Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly preferred Strong analytical skills, structured troubleshooting capability, and excellent stakeholder management skills BENEFITS: Competitive Salary Package Mandatory PH Statutory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) 13th Month Pay HMO / Medical Insurance Coverage Paid Vacation & Sick Leaves Certification Support & Continuous Technical Training HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your updated CV/Resume to [email protected] along with your answers to the screening questions below: What city/province do you currently reside in?
