ServiceNow Architect

Salary: $109000 - 218000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field. We expect at least 8 years of experience in information technology. We require 4 or more years of experience with IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks. We need deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform security, and governance. We require hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including incident, problem, change, CMDB, discovery, and asset management. We expect experience with ServiceNow system administration and/or application development. We require knowledge of ServiceNow data modeling, database schemas, and CSDM. We need experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools such as web services, SOAP, email, and MID servers. We prefer familiarity with middleware and discovery technologies. We prefer ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Technical Architect. We prefer experience in enterprise architecture or large-scale ITSM implementations. We prefer strong understanding of platform governance frameworks and operating models. We prefer experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders. We prefer proven ability to evaluate emerging technologies and turn them into practical solutions. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for our ServiceNow platform. You will maintain a comprehensive view of our current ServiceNow architecture. You will align platform capabilities with our business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap. You will lead our Platform Support Team in applying technical best practices, policies, and procedures. You will perform architectural analysis and assess the impact of new requirements. You will guide and support the implementation of platform enhancements. You will contribute to governance activities, including design review boards and steering committees. You will develop detailed technical solutions and documentation with development teams and partners. You will lead technology evaluations, proofs of concept, and solution validation efforts. You will oversee platform operations, service portfolio management, and demand management activities. You will stay up to date on ServiceNow advancements and related integrated technologies.
