Service Desk Engineer (Junior - Senior)

Entry/ Junior level - Training is provided Responsibilities: To provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient, and professional quality service to resolve problems Prompt response to queries via calls/ voicemail / email etc. Accurate assessment/ resolution of problems. Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems. Incident tracking and first & second level resolution for all trouble calls, including those related to desktop, LAN, centralized infrastructure, Wide Area Network, and voice services related service requests. Coordination for employee user account administration, activation, changes, and terminations. Receive and answer all users' IT service request calls. Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge in Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, mobile devices support. Location: South Working hours: 5 days a week (capped at 44 hours/ week)
