Lead the observability platform roadmap for large-scale GPU clusters and multi-tenant cloud environments.
Salary: $128000 - 170000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience 7+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, observability, monitoring, or developer platforms Strong command of observability and monitoring systems, including metrics, logging, tracing, alerting, and telemetry pipeline design Demonstrated ability to shape product strategy and roadmaps for large-scale platform or infrastructure offerings Solid technical depth to partner with engineering on telemetry agents, data models, query engines, retention, and distributed architectures Experience with GPU, AI/ML, or HPC infrastructure monitoring, including the observability needs of training and inference workloads Proven history of launching developer- and operator-focused products that improve reliability, reduce time to detect, or increase operational efficiency Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales in a fast-moving environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to varied audiences Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end observability platform roadmap across telemetry ingestion, querying, visualization, alerting, and retention for large-scale GPU clusters and multi-tenant cloud environments Define our observability strategy across bare metal, virtual machines, Kubernetes, and managed services, ensuring alignment with our infrastructure roadmap, reliability objectives, and customer experience goals Shape the customer-facing observability experience across dashboards, APIs, telemetry pipelines, and topology-aware insights Convert low-level signals from GPU, CPU, memory, storage, and network systems into actionable health views, alerts, and troubleshooting workflows for customers Collaborate closely with engineering on technical tradeoffs involving metrics agents, collectors, data models, telemetry pipelines, APIs, and retention architecture Develop products for distributed AI environments by understanding how training and inference workloads behave across nodes, clusters, schedulers, and network fabrics Technologies: AI Cloud Kubernetes Marketing Network Product Manager LESS More: We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager for our Observability team in West Palm Beach, Florida.
