Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

📋 Description Develop and scale Harvey's developer platform to boost velocity and reliability. Build load testing and benchmarking infrastructure for AI-native apps. Integrate AI agents across the software dev lifecycle to improve productivity. Collaborate with Backend Platform teams to embed testability, reliability and observability. Work with engineers to evangelize best practices and pave the road for speed. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of software engineering, backend systems or internal developer platforms. Proficiency in Python and backend fundamentals; distributed systems. Hands-on with CI/CD systems (Buildkite, Github Actions) and test frameworks. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure as code (Pulumi, Terraform). Track record of high-quality, well-tested code and best practices. Strong problem-solving and passion for developer experience. Excellent collaboration and communication across teams and feedback.
