Senior Software Engineer, Agents

📋 Description Partner with customers and PMs to design evaluations and ship agents. Optimize agent performance via prompts, model selection, and tools. Design infra for low-latency agent execution, including caching and parallel calls. Improve observability to profile agent behavior and bottlenecks. Stay current on agentic systems and apply learnings to products. 🎯 Requirements Passion for building effective domain-specific agents. Iterative mindset: develop proofs of concept, decide quickly, ship v0s. Comfortable with when and how to use evaluations to drive quality. Humble and adaptable about code and frameworks; drive adoption of new best practices. 5-8 years (post-BS/MS) of software engineering experience.
