Salary: $89000 - 139000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university plus at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline plus at least 4 years of relevant experience. We seek experience integrating AI and ML systems, including large language models, agent frameworks, automation orchestration, and cloud AI services. We want experience designing applications for secure, highly regulated, or mission-critical environments. We value knowledge of cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, or OCI, along with modern data platforms. Responsibilities: We lead the design and development of AI-powered applications, tools, and intelligent agents aligned with enterprise strategy. We build, test, and deploy scalable backend and frontend components using modern software engineering practices. We partner with product owners, data scientists, cybersecurity teams, and cloud engineers to define requirements, architecture approaches, and technical integration points. We maintain software quality through automated testing, code reviews, documentation, and performance monitoring. We integrate AI and ML models, cloud-native services, and workflow automation platforms into production systems. We troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance concerns, and system integration issues. We produce technical specifications, diagrams, and user-facing documentation. We ensure adherence to security, data governance, and reliability standards. We mentor junior developers and help shape technical standards and best practices.
