Senior SAP Ariba P2P Project Manager

Salary: $208,000 - 249,600 per year Requirements: Fluency in Spanish is required; candidates ideally reside in the Chicago area. Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience managing procurement or commercial transformation projects, full-lifecycle system implementations, or similar enterprise initiatives. Hands-on experience with shared services transformations, including insourcing and outsourcing with recharge models; SAP solutions; and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) frameworks. Experience developing, migrating, or realigning a procurement or commercial function. Strong change management expertise, including familiarity with relevant tools and ADKAR methodologies. Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, influencing, and training skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with diverse teams. Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach. Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to develop and adapt user-focused training and communication strategies. Willingness and ability to travel, including to Latin America. Required: SAP Ariba or SAP P2P experience. Experience or skills in procurement transformation, global procurement processes, enterprise project management, change management (PROSCI or PMI), SAP implementation or rollout, shared services transformation, P2P optimization, and business process standardization. Experience delivering projects in Latin America, including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, or the Caribbean.
