Senior QA Engineer

Salary: $120000 - 139000 per year Requirements: Were looking for 3–5+ years of quality assurance or software testing experience. We need strong experience testing backend systems or data-driven applications. We require proficiency in SQL and relational databases, including joins and aggregations. We strongly prefer experience with high-throughput or distributed systems, performance testing tools and methodologies, time-series data concepts, and advanced SQL for validation and debugging. Responsibilities: We own end-to-end quality efforts across features and product areas. We design and run test strategies for complex, data-intensive systems. We validate systems that process large data volumes and high-throughput workloads. We develop and execute test cases covering data accuracy and system performance. We write and run SQL queries to confirm data integrity and investigate issues. We partner with engineering teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects. We help improve test frameworks, tools, and broader QA processes. We participate in design reviews to support testability and scalability. We provide clear, structured feedback throughout testing cycles.
