Senior AI Engineer

Salary: $165000 - 185000 per year Requirements: We are looking for strong Python development experience. We need hands-on experience building backend or full-stack applications with exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI. We require experience with APIs, distributed systems, or scalable application architecture. We value a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments with changing priorities. Preferred: experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks. Preferred: familiarity with RAG, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, or agentic AI. Preferred: experience with JavaScript/Node.js and React. Preferred: experience tuning or deploying AI models in production. Ideal background includes application development moving into AI, or ML engineering expanding into broader AI solutions. Responsibilities: We will design and build AI-driven applications and services that improve claims processing and decision-making. We will create and integrate solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks. We will work closely with product and engineering teams to prototype, test, and iterate quickly in a fail-fast environment. We will develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI workflows. We will contribute to architecture and design decisions for a growing AI platform. We will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to turn business challenges into technical AI solutions.
