Senior Principal Software Engineer

Salary: $147000 - 279000 per year Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or an Advanced degree with relevant experience At least ten (10) years of experience in software application development and integration using languages like C++, C#, Java, Python, or Visual Basic Ten (10) years of engineering experience using development environments and debugging tools for software integrity Proficient with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps Server Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, electronics, and software such as NI VISA Minimum two (2) years of experience managing Test Equipment on DoD compliant systems or leading projects Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued (Secret) security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary teams in the creation of test equipment Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a production setting Assist in cost and schedule management planning Provide updates to senior management regarding project progress Diagnose software and test equipment issues Develop specifications for software products Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with Program Management Technologies: Azure C# DevOps Support Java Python Security Visual Basic Visual Studio Windows Cloud Flow Hardware IBM TCP/IP UML More: At Solstice Analytics, our mission is to support our nation and allies in safeguarding freedoms and countering threats.
