Senior Platform Engineer, ServiceNow

Salary: $103000 - 192000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline. We seek 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and solution architecture. We need deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, WSD, EC Pro, EA, PPM, and/or Agile 2.0. We look for a proven record of designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions in large enterprise settings. We require strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies. Responsibilities: We lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow products, custom applications, and integrations. We partner with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather needs and convert them into technical solutions. We build and maintain ServiceNow workflows, flows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, service portals, workspaces, and external system integrations. We ensure platform stability, scalability, performance, and security. We uphold architectural standards, best practices, and governance across ServiceNow implementations. We mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing and skill growth within the team. We perform code reviews, quality checks, and testing for products and features. We stay current on ServiceNow releases, capabilities, and industry trends to recommend improvements. We document technical solutions, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
