Salary: $135,200 - 156,000 per year Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a related role. Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured product initiatives with clear business value. Demonstrated experience delivering real-time, customer-facing machine learning products. Understanding of modern data ecosystems, data pipelines, and machine learning lifecycle concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to draw statistically valid conclusions and proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical tool. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in agile or iterative environments, including experience working with leadership. Responsibilities: Analyze product requests and convert them into high-level requirements, detailed user stories, and functional specifications. Identify product opportunities and inform go-to-market strategy using data analysis and payment domain knowledge. Assess data availability, quality, and sourcing to guide solution design, and analyze cross-product orchestration to support cross-system designs. Own and maintain machine learning product roadmaps. Set and prioritize objectives with Product Management and business stakeholders, translating strategy into actionable deliverables. Lead quarterly and sprint-level planning, including prioritization and sequencing, and adjust plans as business needs and execution constraints change. Monitor delivery of features, stories, and tasks, and validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business intent. Represent the team in cross-team project meetings and foster collaboration toward shared business objectives.
