Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Microsoft 365, Automation & AI Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Shift: Mid Shift (1:00 PM onwards) We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own, modernize, and automate our Microsoft 365 and enterprise infrastructure environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable platforms, driving automation, and leveraging AI to improve operations. Key Responsibilities Engineer and support Microsoft 365 platform services. Manage and enhance Hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Enterprise PKI, Exchange Online, Windows Server, and DNS. Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and ServiceNow. Drive infrastructure modernization across cloud and on-premises environments. Implement and optimize Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI solutions, and AI agents. Apply SRE principles to improve reliability, performance, and operational excellence. Design secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise infrastructure solutions. Proven ability to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Passion for cloud technologies, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Bonus: Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Terraform, or related certifications.
