About the Role We are building a new, critical safety product designed to protect people in real-world emergencies. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining product in a large, stagnant market ready for innovation. What You’ll Do Play a pivotal role in re-defining this critical product line Build user-facing experiences and core backend services that power real-time alerts, notifications, and integrations with external monitoring services. Ensure reliability with automated hardware-in-the-loop testing systems. What You’ll Bring 5+ years building production systems Strong backend experience (Go preferred) Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms Comfortable working across the stack: backend, frontend, and device Solid understanding of distributed systems and APIs Startup mindset; able to move fast and iterate with product teams Bonus Points Experience with embedded systems or IoT Familiarity with HIL testing Experience with real-time or safety-critical systems Culture and Values Self-motivated problem solver: At Keystone AI, you will tackle large, complex problems with no clear answers. Annual Pay Range At Keystone AI, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Keystone AI employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
