Senior Forward Deployed Engineer II (AI/ML)

📋 Description Architect, deploy, optimize, and scale production AI and agentic systems on Solstice Analytics’s AI-Native Cloud. Partner with ANEs/startups to migrate, deploy PoCs, and accelerate deployments. Benchmark and optimize distributed inference, runtimes, GPU efficiency, latency, and cost. Validate AI-native platform capabilities; surface insights to Product & Research. Build deployment assets including benchmarking systems, automation tooling, and starter kits. Collaborate with GPU vendors and ecosystem partners; enable customer teams with deployment patterns. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering or equal customer-facing AI roles. Design/operationalize production AI systems (inference, runtimes, orchestration). Proficiency with GPU platforms/software: CUDA, ROCm, TensorRT, Triton, NCCL. Strong Kubernetes, distributed systems, networking, storage, and IaC. Python or Go with tooling, automation, benchmarking, and ops. Experience with AI orchestration/runtime frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP).
