Salary: $170,000 - 230,000 per year Requirements: We need strong Python programming skills, including the ability to build and debug solutions. Responsibilities: We design, develop, and improve software using a range of engineering methods to support business, platform, and technology capabilities. We deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. We ensure our code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. We work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, shape solution approaches, and align delivery with business goals. We collaborate with peers, take part in code reviews, and promote strong code quality and knowledge sharing. We stay current with technology trends and contribute to our technology communities. We apply secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and deliver secure solutions. We implement effective unit testing practices to support sound code design, readability, and reliability. We contribute to strategy, define requirements, recommend change, and support resource, budget, and policy planning. We advise stakeholders, manage risks, strengthen controls, and collaborate across teams to support business priorities. We solve complex problems through analytical thinking, research, and collaborative decision-making. We build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key business objectives.
