Senior RAD Developer

Salary: $170,000 - 230,000 per year Requirements: We seek substantial experience in enterprise-level development using one or more of C++, Java, or C#. We expect hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development and unit testing practices. We need strong Python development experience. We value knowledge of Excel VBA and working with DLL interfaces. Responsibilities: We design, develop, and improve software using a range of engineering methods to deliver business, platform, and technology capabilities. We build high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. We partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, shape solution approaches, and align delivery with business goals. We participate in code reviews with peers and promote code quality and knowledge sharing. We stay current with technology trends and contribute to our technology communities to support technical excellence and growth. We follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and deliver secure solutions. We apply effective unit testing to improve code design, readability, and reliability. We contribute to strategy, drive requirements, recommend changes, and support planning for resources, budgets, and policies. We manage and improve policies and processes, deliver continuous enhancements, and escalate policy or procedure breaches when needed. We advise key stakeholders and senior leaders on functional and cross-functional impacts and alignment. We assess and mitigate risk, supporting our control and governance agenda. We demonstrate accountability for strengthening controls related to our work. We collaborate across teams to stay aligned with business activity and strategy. We develop solutions through advanced analytical thinking, complex comparison of alternatives, and interpretive problem-solving. We use research findings in our problem-solving approach.
