Senior Associate, SAP Security

Salary: $117000 - 254000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with three years of recent experience in one or more of the following areas: SAP audit (GITCs and business process), SAP controls, SAP security design or redesign, SAP GRC implementation, SAP ERP implementations, or business process transformation. We require a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Systems, Accounting, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. Hands-on experience with SAP GRC and security implementation, or strong SAP audit experience, is needed; exposure to SAP GRC 10.1 or 12.0 and SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred. We expect candidates to hold, or be actively pursuing, certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or related SAP credentials. Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the capacity to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. The role requires flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship. Responsibilities: We execute client engagements centered on SAP security, SAP GRC, and audit readiness across complex SAP environments, including S/4HANA. We assess the design and operating effectiveness of SAP controls, including general IT controls and business process controls, throughout the business cycle. We identify improvement opportunities in SAP security, automation, and internal controls, and help develop remediation recommendations. We supervise Associates on engagements and provide day-to-day guidance while reviewing their work for quality and accuracy. We support Managers and Directors in preparing high-quality client deliverables, reports, and presentations. We act with integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to maintain a respectful and courteous work environment.
