Director, AI Engineer

Salary: $68000 - 109000 per year Requirements: We require at least 8 years of recent experience in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud technology, including leadership experience in consulting or technology organizations. AI certifications such as Professional AI Architect or Machine Learning Engineer are a plus. We prefer an advanced degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required. We need strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft, AWS, and/or Google Cloud AI ecosystems, including agent-building capabilities for intelligent multi-agent systems. We require experience architecting and implementing AI-powered workflow solutions using services such as Foundry, Bedrock, or Vertex AI. We value demonstrated skill in designing multi-agent conversational AI systems integrated with enterprise applications such as CRM and ERP platforms. We expect a deep understanding of AI scaling, ethical AI, and MLOps practices. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship. Travel as needed is required. Responsibilities: We lead end-to-end AI solution development and transformation programs using cloud AI services to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making. We serve as trusted advisors to senior and C-level stakeholders, helping shape AI strategies and roadmaps aligned to business goals. We oversee the design, architecture, and delivery of multi-agent conversational AI systems and automation solutions with strong integration, quality, scalability, and security. We drive business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, securing new engagements, and building strategic alliances. We manage and mentor cross-functional teams, encouraging high performance, technical excellence, and career growth. We collaborate with Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and other platform teams to expand our AI capabilities within their ecosystems. We define the strategic direction for our AI strategy and engineering offerings while staying current on emerging AI innovations.
