Senior Associate, Full Stack Developer

Salary: $107000 - 229000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with at least three years of full stack development and programming experience, ideally in a Full Stack Developer or similar position. We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. We need strong expertise in Java, Python, and React JS, along with hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Kubernetes. We expect a solid grasp of microservices architecture and sound software engineering practices, with familiarity in GenAI and large language models. We require experience working with SQL databases and cloud platforms, especially GCP. We value knowledge of CI/CD workflows and tools such as Maven, plus familiarity with Git and version control practices. We require the ability to travel. We require authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship. Responsibilities: We design and build scalable, resilient software solutions using Java, Python, and React JS within a microservices environment. We develop, test, and deploy new functionality for our applications and platforms. We partner with cross-functional teams to define functional and non-functional requirements for new software products. We provide technical guidance, mentor junior developers, and help reinforce best practices across the team. We write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and related frameworks. We implement and support CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Maven. We contribute to ongoing improvements in our software engineering processes. We conduct code reviews to maintain high standards and also design and optimize SQL queries for effective data access and manipulation. We deploy and manage applications in Google Cloud Platform environments.
