SAP Vistex Project Manager

Salary: $114,400 - 135,200 per year Requirements: 10–12+ years of project or program management experience, including substantial SAP delivery experience. Recent experience leading an end-to-end Vistex implementation, upgrade, or major transformation. Experience with Vistex rebates, chargebacks, pricing, incentive administration, Recharge, or calculation bucket capabilities. Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including Order-to-Cash and Finance integration points. Experience with integrated planning, RAID management, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Ability to lead cross-functional, global, and vendor-supported teams in complex enterprise environments. Strong executive communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-driving skills. Ability to work independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and maintain a focus on execution. Preferred: Industry experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or distribution. Preferred: Experience supporting a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. Preferred: Direct experience with Vistex or a recognized Vistex implementation partner. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of Vistex initiatives across business, technology, and partner teams. Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource needs. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, decisions, and executive status reporting. Lead governance forums, working sessions, and status reviews, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Direct Vistex implementation, upgrade, migration, remediation, stabilization, and enhancement work. Coordinate delivery across rebates, chargebacks, pricing agreements, incentive programs, Recharge solutions, calculation buckets, and IP-to-bucket conversion. Align Vistex plans and milestones with the SAP S/4HANA modernization roadmap and enterprise go-live requirements. Clarify ownership, sequencing, entry and exit criteria, and closure of delivery gaps. Partner with business leaders, SAP functional and integration teams, data teams, vendors, and system integrators. Facilitate decisions and explain technical issues in terms of business impact, options, and recommendations. Build stakeholder alignment across differing priorities and maintain accountability for commitments. Manage vendor performance, deliverables, dependencies, and escalations. Identify cross-workstream risks and dependencies affecting testing, mock cycles, data validation, cutover, and go-live. Develop and monitor mitigation and recovery plans, escalating promptly when leadership intervention is needed. Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, mock conversion activities, and production readiness.
