SAP Ariba Tech Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Technical Consultant to support the design, integration, implementation, and optimization of SAP procurement solutions across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) landscape. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable procurement solutions, integrating SAP and non-SAP platforms, and supporting purchasing operations through strong technical, architectural, and integration expertise. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in SAP Ariba, SAP Procurement, P2P processes, middleware integrations, and enterprise application architecture . Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support SAP Ariba and SAP procurement solutions across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. Lead and support integration activities between SAP Ariba, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support procurement system enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives. Drive solution architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions. Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities. Support application lifecycle management, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and integration specifications. General Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Procurement, SAP Ariba, or related SAP consulting roles. Experience working in enterprise IT environments supporting procurement and sourcing solutions. Mandatory Requirements (Essential Skills) Strong experience in SAP Ariba and SAP Procurement solutions. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and purchasing operations. Proven experience in IT Architecture supporting SAP Procurement ecosystems. Hands-on experience with Middleware Integration technologies and enterprise integrations. Experience or expertise with other SAP procurement-related solutions: SAP MM SAP SRM SAP S/4HANA Central Procurement Experience supporting end-to-end procurement application implementations and integrations. Strong understanding of system integration patterns, APIs, interfaces, and enterprise application landscapes. Experience working with IT project delivery, consulting engagements, or service management environments. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Jaggaer or other procurement platforms. Knowledge of SAP Basis and procurement-related SAP architecture. Experience with cloud integration platforms and middleware solutions. Exposure to supplier management, sourcing, contract management, or procurement transformation initiatives. Experience working within manufacturing, automotive, supply chain, or logistics industries.
