Receiver & Processing Software Engineer

Salary: $70000 - 132000 per year Requirements: We require a masters degree in a STEM field such as Computer Engineering, completed before your start date. We require experience developing software in C or C++. We require knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD). We require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. We require U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. We require an active Secret DoD clearance after day one. Responsibilities: We will have you support system integration efforts for distributed heterogeneous signal processing systems running on Linux. We will have you code, test, and integrate real-time C++ signal processing algorithms or control functions. We will have you troubleshoot defects and maintain or update existing codebases. We will have you analyze numerical precision, runtime latency, and other performance metrics. We will have you partner with systems, hardware, and software engineers to translate and deliver end-user requirements. We will have you uphold strong code quality through code reviews, static analysis, and continuous integration practices.
