We are currently looking for an experienced Python Developer to join an international team delivering modern data and backend solutions for the automotive and remarketing industry.In this role, you will develop and maintain data pipelines, backend services, and REST APIs that form the core of a central vehicle pricing and intelligence platform. You will work with Python, SQL, Airflow, and relational databases to ingest, transform, model, and expose vehicle and market data while collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and developers in an international environment.Project information:Type of project: It serviceOffice location: Warszawa, Poland – WołoskaWork model: Hybrid – 2 days in the office / 3 days remotelyBudget: 90 PLN net/hour – B2BProject length: Long-termStart date: ASAP (depending on the candidate's availability)Experience level: 3–5 years of relevant experienceOnly candidates from PolandYour responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Python and AirflowProcess and integrate internal vehicle and contract data as well as external market dataContribute to the design and evolution of the canonical data modelEnsure data quality, consistency, and lineage across the platformDevelop and maintain Python backend services and REST APIsBuild APIs exposing pricing, vehicle, mapping, and recommendation data to internal consumersImplement and maintain integrations with source and downstream systemsWork with external APIs and event-driven data flowsWrite clean, tested, and well-documented codeImplement monitoring and data-quality checks for pipelines and servicesSupport applications and data pipelines in productionCollaborate with product owners, technical architects, scrum masters, and other developersTranslate pricing and business logic into robust and maintainable softwareContribute to the Motortrade frontend using Angular as a plusRequirements:3–5 years of professional experience as a Python Developer with a data or backend focusStrong hands-on experience with PythonExperience with data-processing libraries such as pandasExperience building REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or FlaskSolid knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL and/or OracleHands-on experience designing and building data pipelinesExperience with workflow orchestration tools, preferably AirflowGood understanding of API design and system integrationExperience with Git and collaborative development workflowsExperience with code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practicesUnderstanding of data quality and reliable software development practicesExcellent communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an international environmentNice to have:Experience with frontend development using AngularExperience with cloud data infrastructure and containerizationExposure to event streaming technologies such as KafkaFamiliarity with data-quality and observability toolsUnderstanding of machine-learning workflows and collaboration with data scientistsExperience in the automotive, leasing, pricing, or remarketing industryWe offer:Hybrid working model – 2 days in the office / 3 days remotelyFull-time cooperation agreement based on B2BPrivate medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs)Multisport card (also for an accompanying person)Life insuranceOpportunity to work in an international IT environmentRecruitment process:Introductory callTechnical interviewFinal decision
