About the role
This profile will be acting as the technical coordinator analyst for our IAS Application System Lifecycle Support Team. The main task will rely on providing support to global legacy reduction projects and initiatives from initiation to completion. These tasks shall be performed for the IAS Application System Lifecycle Support group: Ensure project documentation for IT projects is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, especially during initiation and scoping phases. Timely coordination & follow up with affected system leads, owners, and users. Prompt project tasks execution & service delivery such as records updating, CMDB lookup, and others. Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines for IT projects. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Identify and manage project risks and issues related to IT projects. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
