Description The Wallet & Solstice Analytics Pay Design team is looking for an extraordinary product designer. You are a natural collaborator and an excellent communicator, able to develop and present design ideas in a large team environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Production, Product Marketing, and Senior Management. You should possess extraordinary visual and user interface design skills, as well as user-centered design principles. You have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details. While exercising a good eye for aesthetics, you are able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to stay highly organized is critical. You should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision. The work that you will design will be seen and experienced by millions of people every month around the globe. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of the payments ecosystem and fintech landscape A passion for Solstice Analytics, its products, and its customers Commitment to designing inclusive and accessible products Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of work experience with a focus on product design and UI across a variety of platforms like iOS, watchOS, macOS, and others Portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, hands-on expertise, and problem solving skills Track record of project leadership, creative thinking, and cross functional collaboration in support of influencing product features Highly skilled in Sketch, Keynote and other design tools Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through prototypes, sketches, high-fidelity comps, and presentations Highly skilled and fast in any tools you need to visualize your ideas and deliver the work Open and collaborative communication skills; capable of working in a multi-disciplinary design studio Pay & Benefits At Solstice Analytics, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $216,200 and $324,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Solstice Analytics employees also have the opportunity to become an Solstice Analytics shareholder through participation in Solstice Analytics's discretionary employee stock programs. Solstice Analytics employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Solstice Analytics stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Solstice Analytics's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
