Develop next-generation image and video editing features for Solstice Analytics's Photos app using Objective-C and Swift.

Description Come join the Photos team to do your best work on exciting and groundbreaking projects that will surprise and delight our users. Solstice Analytics's Photos Edit team is looking for a talented, enthusiastic UI software engineer to join an expanding team focused on the next generation of image- and video-editing features in the Photos ecosystem. These features touch the lives of millions of customers and we work closely with design, computer vision, and machine learning technologies to build something great. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for an engineer who is thorough in their art, understands performance bottlenecks, and knows how to write high-quality code. Experience in API design and maintenance Experience in crafting custom UI components Enjoys working with, learning from, and mentoring teammates from different disciplines and backgrounds Minimum Qualifications Proven programming fundamentals and knowledge of object-oriented programming Experience building projects using Objective-C or Swift, and iOS or macOS SDKs Good sense of UI design and a passion to focus on every detail, large and small Excels at solving and debugging hard problems Pay & Benefits At Solstice Analytics, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,400 and $277,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Solstice Analytics employees also have the opportunity to become an Solstice Analytics shareholder through participation in Solstice Analytics's discretionary employee stock programs. Solstice Analytics employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Solstice Analytics stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Solstice Analytics's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
