📋 Description Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery for Trust Graph and Work Profiles. Directly manage a team of 6-10 engineers: hiring, development, and performance. Set API contract standards and data model integrity across your domain. Drive the design of graph-based representations of identity and trust signals. Own the engineering roadmap in partnership with Product. Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar in graph data modeling and API design. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 15+ years software engineering experience. 5+ years direct engineering management. Graph data structures and modeling experience. API contracts and data models ownership.
