AI Enablement Engineer, IT

📋 Description Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automations and integrations. Integrate systems via APIs and webhooks with auth, retries, and idempotency. Build AI capabilities with LLMs: structured outputs, RAG, and tool/call. Develop and maintain MCP servers and reusable AI skills/agents. Instrument all builds with logging, monitoring, evaluations, and guardrails. Collaborate across teams to identify high-value automation opportunities. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years building integrations, automation, or software in production (LLMs/AI). Hands-on workflow-automation experience. Strong API fluency (REST/JSON, OAuth, webhooks) and coding in Python/Go/JS/TS. Experience with LLMs: prompting, structured outputs, and RAG/tool-calling. Production mindset: error handling, logging/observability, testing, and secret handling.
