Principal Data Analyst (Healthcare Economics)

📋 Description Monitor healthcare utilization trends; partner with stakeholders to improve quality and cost. Create visuals and reports with Power BI for clear, actionable insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design report mockups and final visuals. Explain how KPIs and OKRs relate to operations and clinical logic. Design visual delivery reports to streamline data for staff and leaders. Develop trusted partnerships with business partners to enable data delivery. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in analytical field; master’s preferred. Actuarial certification is a strong plus. 5+ years in healthcare economics or actuarial analytics with medical claims.
