📋 Description Lead AI product roadmap to advance outcomes and operations. Align with clinical, operations, compliance, and tech leaders. Own build-vs-buy decisions and vendor governance. Scout frontier AI trends and propose new approaches. Oversee end-to-end AI delivery from concept to production. Provide architecture guidance for AI apps (RAG, LLM, Azure). Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance in AI systems. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/Engineering; Master's preferred. 5+ years AI/ML or related software with 2+ years in leadership. Strategic leadership: roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, portfolio. Enterprise LLM design/deploy: OpenAI/Azure, Claude, Gemini, RAG. Cloud infra: Azure primary; AWS optional; Docker; DevOps/CI/CD.
