📋 Description Collaborate with business leaders to translate data into insights. Apply advanced analytics, modeling, and data-driven strategies. Lead analytics to improve participant outcomes and operations. Build relationships with partners and influence decisions. Measure lever efficacy and optimize solutions with data. Manage analytics team including hiring, mentoring, and governance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 10+ years in business analytics with consultancy focus. Healthcare analytics experience (3+ years) preferred. Strong SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI skills. Excellent communication with leaders and stakeholders.
