Lead Data Analyst

📋 Description Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and how to improve them. Provide analysis-backed ideas to improve clinical and business efficacy. Build trust with partners and explain KPI logic. Use data, analysis and modeling to improve KPIs and operations. Partner with Data Warehousing to design semantic layers and data marts. Serve as SME to translate information into KPIs and metrics. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Analytics or related field. Minimum five years' experience in data and analytics. Minimum three years in healthcare with provider/payor ops exposure. Minimum three years' experience with claims data and provider network data.
