Platform Support Engineer (Tech Focus)

Salary: $180000 - 220000 per year Requirements: Experience supporting a large system with high availability, preferably financial or trading systems Familiarity with existing internal systems Ability to collaborate closely in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment Excellent communication skills Flexibility regarding work schedule, including potential weekend duties Minimum of 3 years of object-oriented development experience (ideally in C++) Experience with relational databases Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the Financial Services sector Proven ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks efficiently Responsibilities: Collaborate within a global support team Develop system monitoring, instrumentation, and reporting tools Engage with internal teams to identify and troubleshoot issues Ensure high availability for production, demonstration, and testing systems Address and resolve system problems promptly and professionally Proactively learn business needs and implement effective solutions Technologies: Support Maven More: At Tradeweb, we are a leading global provider of electronic trading solutions across various asset classes.
